Notes from my journal
Updated! Lost of Earning In this chaotic state of living it’s very beautiful to have a big brother or sister looking over your shoulder giving a guided hand of assistance in helping to avoid the unnecessary pit-falls of life. As such, in life as the often case with elder siblings in position of authority, the mantle of power becomes too intoxicating, judgments are clouded with zealously objectivity and nuisance complex of ego. In regards to the Red Cross/Cafépress designed logo claimed of infringes abused by D Ank Unlimited/IOTA custom merchandising creativity of the graphic icons featuring DJ Babyace Live 365 Ace Addict and DJ Steady Gift Mix. In opinionated facts it’s very much a pattern of fanatic objectivity expressing nuisance complexion of ego. With resulting factor on lost of potential earning of hardworking creative individuals expressing their own productive designed patterns of originality. In addressing the Red Cross about this matter, the first statement was issued which was considered un-professional by the Red Cross Law Clerk stationed in Washington DC in America. This law clerk in representing body of the Red Cross made impartial judgment with resulting consequence on lost of potential earnings when Cafépress banded the online sales exhibitions of above copyrights custom merchandising creativity by D Ank Unlimited/IOTA’s Pure-V. First Statement : “Goddess would you please teach me... educate me on the facts. How in the blaze of hell our designs is in someway or form a representing infringes of your intellectual property rights? I really would like to know otherwise please your claim is in a nice way bullshit attentions of unwanted desires and a nasty interruption of our creative time of which is very costly. Explain yourself please, please, please explain your injustice.” Here is a statement of consideration “professionalism reflects a state of earning or wealth”. For artists of refined institutionalised educational training, unprofessional is a natural state of being when the visible facts on copyrights design is ignored and the economical flow are broken without apology or compensations. Now that have being stated let us take a better look on the objection of claiming infringes abused by the Red Cross Law Clerk Clarissa Harlowe Barton-Clara was also known as the “Angel of the Battlefield”. A great lady of concerning empathy on the causalities of wars, she founded the American’s Red Cross moment in the year 1881. She was an outstanding humanitarian and a teacher. In Geneva, Switzerland 1864 she was inspired by a publication “A Memory of Solferino” written by Henry Dunant the founder of the Red Cross Movement in Europe. And the claiming infringed Red Cross icon came from the state identity of Swiss national flag “Gules, a cross couped argent” placed in reverse graphical type setting. The inspired infractions of the Red Cross current widely known emblem of in verse graphical design is a infringement stemming from merchandising conquest with zeal on the archaic Roman Empire. This infringed action on artistic merit was subsequently accepted as the newly international symbol of the Red Cross during the 1870 Franco-Prussian War. However, from the Swiss mercenaries, wars of helping brought growth of neutrality and the Red Cross/Holy Roman Empire’s symbolic representing of evil became known as an illusionary symbolic form of helping. In trying to “overstand” the injuring injustice of this reproving error on claiming infringing abuse. A phone conversation was established with the Head of the Geneva Red Cross Library Service Legal Department. Without expectations of vindication and justice, a request was accepted to view the mentioning emblem for similarity on design infringements. No replies yet from Geneva but the email reply from the Law Clerk in Washington DC has been “I have never seen the designs in the attachments you sent me. Please email me with the name of your store on Cafépress.” Now I asked for your support, the reader of free creativity to voice your comment on this Madness on intellectual property rights abuse. Please see for yourself, judging for yourself, use your own two eyes or brail language to choose whether or not the custom design via Pure-V linked page on Cafépress is an infringement of Red Cross intellectual property rights. Are these artworks, DJ Babyace Live 365 Ace Addict and DJ Steady Gift Mix a true constitution of infringements on Red Cross symbol? ^ top ^ imageverification@cafepress.com In accordance with our Intellectual Property Rights Policy, The American Red Cross provided us with a notice stating that your use of The Red Cross design infringes their intellectual property rights (copyright/trademark).
