Updated! Mister Joe Appealing to the Jewish Side
For eight years we have been suffering from physical pains, mental pains, unemployment pains, medical pains, financial pains, marital pains. The mental and physical traumas we have experienced will continue to experience and remain with us for the rest of our life. Yet this being only cared about his reputation, and stated he is a good man and he did not have any intentions to cause me hurts. He also stated we could have talked to him… hmmm. We mentioned before and we will again, right after he crashed into us, while we limped from the car he was on his mobile phone. As you read on it will be come clear why he was on the phone. Anyway, we politely asked him the usage of his phone to call an ambulance and his verbal reply was "Fuck Off!!" Now readers how would you approach that being after such a reply… how? Someone crashed into your car and your wife is eight months pregnant. You’re living in a country where the language is not your own nor do you know how to read or write it. Our approach was civil and diplomatic even after his shocking rude reply, we gained our composure and started to asset the situation, we both were in state of shock and surprisingly lucky to be alive. We had no broken limbs, some bits of glass splashed into my left eye and throbbing pain on the left side of my body. The wife was fine no sudden bleeding or birthing pain, so that concern was settled for now. Anyway, as we continued on this dialogue over the phone we mentioned my wife who was eight months pregnant at the time with our child could have suffered a miscarriage, he replied, 'Your wife was with you?' He said he did not know and mentioned he lost two children. We shared our condolence and asked was it the two children he had in the mini van at the time of our incident, he stated no. In the back of my head we questioned what does that have to do with crashing into me. He was still stating he had no recollection of the incident except that he was not at fault and the speed he was driving which was 5 km per hr. We then mentioned oh yeah, 'You wouldn’t remember that because from the looks of your eyes at the time it seemed you were on ecstasy or something.' Ok some readers may ponder how we would know that. Read on and you will see the mention that we worked on the stage as an artist and poetic lyrical mc. Then we brought up the fact to him that when the police eventually came after forty-five minutes to an hour, he and the police shook hands and were smiling at each other, then both of them formulated a story from the truth about the incident. On the police report, both Joe and police ignored the witness statement stating lies as facts that he was not driving carelessly as he crashed into us at 25 km per hour. Now his story is 5 Km per hour. Ignored also was the fact that he did not have his driving licence at the time. Joe made the priority of calling someone to retrieve his licence before calling the ambulance for us the injured ones. An elder man and woman came with his driver's licence before the police came, their appearance could be mother & father. We stated how he is at fault, when my insurance company decided to do their own investigation, contacted the witness on the police report, they received a written statement with drawing of what occurred and found out it was indeed his fault and then gave a final judgement that they would not be charging me premium. The investigator even wrote on the report that we should get a good lawyer. Joe was silent again then said again that he was only going five kilometres per hour and it was not a serious accident… hmmm…Wow again. This being who stated he had no memories of the crash, including forgetting my pregnant wife was there, remembers the speed on how fast he was moving though… wow a new lie. Ok readers take a look at the photograph in question showing the impacting damage, from your visual inspection would his statement be an accurate one? Yes or no? (see photos below) Email your shared answer yes or no. It wasn’t serious accident to him because he thought the whole incident would be forgotten. Great Dishonour was done to this living entity we called our body how would and could we forget when we are still living through the pains. We even mentioned that after the insurance report we went to the police station to clear my name, but the police at the desk told us that the officer that made the report had retired. We then asked to see who was in charge but our request was refused, and the officer at the desk said, 'The computer states you are at fault then you are at fault and that’s it. You continue to give any problem and I would arrest you then we can work out that.' Joe then asked what he could do we stated he could put some money in my bank account. He went, 'Oh you want money!' We said yes of course, we lost our car at the time, we have eight years of physical suffering, about 21 injections of steroids to our body and sometimes we fall to the ground because our body is still suffering from that trauma. How are we to work with the left side of our body having daily chronic pains and spasms? Left big toe, left knee, left hip and waist, left lower, centre and upper back, left side of neck and back as well as the side of my head, both front and back part of left side of my body. As a performance artist holding the microphone on the stage for too long on my left hand and driving would cause stiffness due to the physical trauma rendered by his fault. He then switched the topic to ask do we have any of our works on youtube, where he could have a look and listen to our music. We told him our stage name and pen name in the article, do a google search and he will see our artworks on the web. As further character reference on who we are, we also mentioned we were accepted to do our master studies in museology, Museum Studies in holland, all that we were unable to do because of the incident on his driving. At the moment we will not file a law sue because our focus is advanced education of our Master and PhD degrees. Also we have no intention of returning to evil holland, to sit down and chit-chat about the matter. Joe stated he was a good man, ok then be a good man and we can settle his dishonour out of court. Otherwise when the time comes we will settle the matter in court, we will file sue at a later junction for his dishonour on my family and me. To appeal to my Jewish side, pay me for the suffering. Many victims of World War 2 received compensations because of the regime of the germans. This is no different the dutch are cousin to the germans. Once we learned from a taix driver, as we passed the scene of a crash, someone had crashed into one of the trees of beautification in the town center, the taix mention that person will have to pay for damaging the tree, we were surprised, as we said really. We also mentioned to Joe, a copy of the article he saw online was also sent to the Queen of Holland on this Dishonour that was done to we. While there in holland we also gave a copy to the US Embassy, praise was given. In light of protecting his reputation Joe made a request and left the option to my conscience of thought as not to reveal his phone number. For now we will honour his request.
