This Country has three Names
Sometime it's called the Netherlands
And sometimes it's called Dutch

Summer
in Holland goes by in a blink of an eye
There is not much fun in going outside
The skies are grey with little sunshine
When the snow turns to ice be careful outside

It's
very, very, very cold living in Holland
So Ama dresses very warm before going outside
In layers of clothing she dresses in her jacket and vest
She is always looking her best

Her
Mommy is Chinese and her Daddy is a Jamaican
Her Mommy has long black hair
While her Daddy has dreadlocks hair
When she is feeling fine she will say Irie with a smile

Ama
was born in Holland
But the Government says she is not Dutch
To be a Netherlander her Mommy
And Daddy must become Dutch

Ama
doesn't care about that much
Once she has her Mommy and Daddy loving touch
When Ama and family travel on the trains or bus
Her beauty causing much fuss
On the street walking many wanting to touch

Like
their pets many like to touch
Her face, her hands, her hair and her head
That's too much so Ama say no
Do not touch
